What form of payment I can use to make my purchase?
We have the following payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal and bank transfer.
 
Why can be rejected my credit card to pay?
Your card may be rejected by one of the following reasons:

- The card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- You may have reached the limit of the card. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
- Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Verify that you have correctly filled in all required fields.
 
I can get an invoice for my company?
Yes, only have to send us an email via our Contact Form with your order number and we'll send it as soon as possible.
 
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted in an encrypted SSL. For payment by Visa and Mastercard only Ces accept transfers (Secure Electronic Commerce). After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued the order for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms authenticity, will be charged by the card. Otherwise the order will automatically canceladoa.

Ths prices have applied indirect taxes?

SHIPPING PROCESS

What is the order management process?
Once you confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. Once payment is verified, we will start the shipping process. Once everything is ready, your order will be picked up by the freight forwarder, and you delivered to the address you specified.

Where I can get my order?
Can be sent to the address you choose (home, work, etc..). No shipments will be bound for a PO box.
 
What if the product is damaged during transport?
If the product does not arrive in the right conditions, please contact us and will manage product collection and delivery of a new one as soon as possible.
 
How long to get my order?
Delivery times depend on the type of product. For standard shipping, the delivery time is from 4 to 7 working days.
 
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically depending on the number of units you purchase, ie, depending on weight.
 
What is the process of home delivery?

- Products must be in perfect condition
- Products should not be open
- Products should not be unpacked
- Products must not be altered
- Products must not be damaged
 
No returns will be accepted that do not meet these requirements. The amount of the refund shall not be paid recepcionemos and review the returned item.

How will I receive my refund?
